Our Studio Story

Bloom Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio created to help you move with strength, confidence, and intention. We believe Pilates is more than just a workout — it’s a practice that supports your body through every stage of life.

Our classes are thoughtfully designed to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellbeing, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established Pilates practice. With a focus on quality movement, correct technique, and mindful progression, we offer a safe and supportive space for all fitness levels.

At Bloom, we value personalised attention, small class sizes, and expert instruction. From mat and reformer classes to sculpt, gentle movement, pregnancy Pilates, and teen-focused sessions, our goal is to meet you where you are — and help you grow stronger from there.

Meet Our Instructors

Tamryn

BASI Pilates instructor. Aims to strengthen form, improve flexibility, and challenge the body positively, eliminating aches and pains.

Chelsey

Yoga and Pilates instructor. Helps women reconnect with their bodies, teaching Hatha Yoga, Pre/Postnatal Pilates, and Classical Mat Pilates.

Farnaaz Noorbhai

BASI-trained Founder. Discovered Pilates post-Covid to rebuild strength, alignment, and overall wellbeing. Inspired the creation of Bloom Pilates.

Adheema Davis

Yoga and Pilates instructor with 15 years of disciplined practice. Focuses on mind-body-soul connection, strength, flexibility, and community consciousness.
